Performs customer service related duties for the Spotsylvania Historical Association. Work involves opening, closing, and greeting visitors to the Spotsylvania County Museum and fostering a positive public image. Prepares information in response to historical inquiry and interest; and ensuring an adequate supply of promotional materials. Sells souvenir items, including maps, event tickets, etc. Performs other related work as required. Reports to the Secretary/Treasurer of the Association. HS/GED with experience in customer service or marketing work; or any combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Up To 36/hrs weekly (may include weekends).
